Current Full Time Position Available

Full-Time Branch Manager: PARDA Federal Credit Union is seeking an energetic Branch Manager for our Milford, CT, branch to lead two employees and foster Select Employee Group relationships to drive new member growth. Responsibilities include: coaching employees for results in service, achieving sales goals, managing day-to-day operations of the branch including cash handling, member products, services and lending. Qualified applicants will have two to five years of experience within a financial institution and two years' supervisory experience. Rich benefits package.
