Know where your credit stands with My Credit
Now you can access your credit score and report whenever you log in to Parda’s online or mobile banking platforms.
With My Credit, you can:
- Stay on top of your credit with alerts when your score changes
- Track and manage your debt in one spot — easily see open balances and monthly payments and more
- See how your credit score might change when you take certain actions like getting a loan or opening a new credit card
Is your contact information up-to-date?
A lot might have changed since you first became a Parda member! You might have moved, got married, or just changed your email address or phone number. If so, the account information we have on file might not be accurate.
To update your contact information in the Parda mobile app:
- Go to Dashboard
- Select your photo or initials in the top right
- Select Edit
- Select Done
To update your contact information in online banking on your browser:
- Navigate to the bottom left corner
- Select your name
- Select 'Personal Settings'
- Update any out of date information
