We are seeking a results-driven Regional Branch Manager in Holland, Michigan with a strong background in financial institutions to lead and elevate performance across multiple branch locations. This role is ideal for an experienced branch leader who excels at achieving sales and lending goals, coaching teams, and driving operational excellence. What You’ll Do:
- Lead multiple branch activities such as overseeing performance, operations, and service delivery across multiple branches, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory standards.
- Drive financial results for loan production, new account acquisition, deposit growth and retention, and cross-selling financial products and services
- Build a high-performance culture by coaching branch employees and frontline staff, providing consistent performance feedback, developing talent, and reinforcing accountability and sales discipline
- Lead initiatives to grow lending through coaching teams on uncovering opportunities, monitoring pipeline and conversion metrics, and supporting complex or escalated lending scenarios
- Enhance member experience by ensuring consistent and high-quality service across branches, resolving escalations, and reinforcing service standards.
- Represent the organization within the community, building partnerships that drive membership growth and lending opportunities, and ensuring brand presence of the credit union. • Maintain compliance, operational integrity, and efficient branch workflows while monitoring key performance indicators.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience:
- 3–5+ years in a financial institution (bank or credit union)
- Proven success as a Branch Manager or Multi-Branch Leader
- Strong background in lending, sales management, and goal achievement
- Leadership Skills:
- Demonstrated ability to coach and develop employees
- Strong performance management and team-building capabilities
- Ability to inspire accountability and measurable results
- Business Acumen:
- Deep understanding of retail banking operations
- Strong knowledge of consumer lending and relationship management
- Track record of achieving growth and sales targets
- Communication & Influence
- Skilled at building relationships internally and externally
- Ability to influence, motivate, and lead through change
