As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a Lending Manager who can elevate our lending strategy, support our Credit Solutions team, and ensure strong, sustainable portfolio performance across consumer lending, home equities, and mortgage partnerships.

What You’ll Do

• Provide strategic leadership for all lending areas, including consumer loans, in house home equity lending, and mortgage originations through our partner
• Oversee Lending and Credit Solutions (Collections), ensuring a healthy, well managed loan portfolio
• Drive growth through innovative lending strategies aligned with organizational scorecard goals
• Collaborate across multiple departments to move projects from concept to completion
• Ensure accuracy, compliance, and operational excellence across lending and collections
• Monitor portfolio performance and implement improvements to strengthen results
• Mentor and develop team members across lending and credit solutions to achieve high performance and exceptional service

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Lending Manager (credit union or financial institution preferred)
• Experience with home equity lending and familiarity with mortgage origination processes
• Background overseeing collections, credit solutions, or portfolio risk management
• A strategic thinker who can also dive into the details when needed
• Strong project management skills with a track record of cross department collaboration
• Innovative mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and drive change
• Goal oriented leader who thrives in a performance driven environment
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence at all levels
• Ability to travel occasionally within the state and to out-of-state locations, as needed

Parda Credit Union is expanding, and we are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team. We prioritize building strong relationships with our members and helping them save time and money through our financial services.

What You’ll Do

• Educate Members: Provide valuable information on financial services to simplify members' lives and enhance their financial well-being.
• Process Transactions: Handle withdrawals, deposits, and transfers efficiently.
• Open Accounts: After training and continued growth, the MES will assist members in opening new accounts and introduce them to beneficial products and services.
• Loan Services: Interview loan applicants, cross-sell loan protection products, and new hires will be provided training on how to process and disburse loans.
