While online and mobile banking, ATMs, drive-thru service (where available), and contacting our Member Solution Center are still the safest ways to do your banking, we are happy to announce that our Michigan branches will be open for full service on Monday, June 29, 2020. Our main priority continues to be the health and safety of our members and team members. To keep everyone safe inside our branches, we have adopted some new safety measures for in-person services, including:
We are limiting the total number of guests inside our branches. You may be asked to wait outside if our lobby is at capacity. We ask that you please only bring one guest inside the branch with you, so we can serve as many members as possible at a time.
Our team members will be wearing face masks for our protection and yours. It is required to wear a face covering while visiting the branch.
To comply with the CDC regulations of social distancing, please remain 6 feet apart at all times from team members and other members inside the branch.
