Our Michigan Branches are Opening!

On Monday, June 29, 2020, all PARDA branches in Michigan will be open for full service.

While online and mobile banking, ATMs, drive-thru service (where available), and contacting our Member Solution Center are still the safest ways to do your banking, we are happy to announce that our Michigan branches will be open for full service on Monday, June 29, 2020. Please review the full list of service alternatives below.

Our main priority continues to be the health and safety of our members and team members. To keep everyone safe inside our branches, we have adopted some new safety measures for in-person services, including:

Occupancy Limits
We are limiting the total number of guests inside our branches. You may be asked to wait outside if our lobby is at capacity. We ask that you please only bring one guest inside the branch with you, so we can serve as many members as possible at a time.

Face Masks
Our team members will be wearing face masks for our protection and yours. It is required to wear a face covering while visiting the branch. 

Social Distancing
To comply with the CDC regulations of social distancing, please remain 6 feet apart at all times from team members and other members inside the branch.

Please DO NOT ENTER a PARDA branch if:

  • You have been in close contact with a person with COVID-19
  • You are currently experiencing a fever, cough, or shortness of breath

Our Member Solution Center is available to assist you with transaction and loan requests via phone at 1.800.860.5640 or live chat at parda.com:

  • Monday - Friday:    8 a.m. – 6 p.m. EST
  • Saturday:                 9 a.m. – 1 p.m. EST

 

Digital Access to Your Account
PARDA provides 24/7 digital access – making it possible to access your accounts from anywhere.

Online Banking
Access your account from any web browser with Online Banking to: 

  • View account balances/transaction history
  • Transfer funds
  • Make or schedule loan payments
  • Set up new payees and pay bills
  • View electronic statements
  • Request or reorder checks
  • Request stop payment

Mobile App
Download our mobile app to:

  • Get quick account balances
  • Transfer funds
  • Pay bills
  • Deposit checks
  • Apply for a loan
  • View transaction history

Mobile Deposit
Log in into the PARDA Mobile Banking App and select  Mobile Deposit  from the menu to deposit your checks through your mobile device.

Debit Card & ATM's
Ways to access cash using your debit card:

  • Request cash back after a transaction at stores such as CVS, Walgreens, Rite-Aid, etc.
  • Visit one of 30,000 surcharge-free ATMs
  • Visit any 5/3 Bank ATM for surcharge-free cash withdrawals (note: deposits are not surcharge-free at 5/3 ATMs, fees vary based on region)

Online Loan Applications
To apply for a mortgage or mortgage refinance, visit our MFM partner site.
Apply for all other loans on our online loan application.
