How To Submit A Request For Your Employer/Business Eligibility

Interested for your employer or business to become a Select Employee Group? The SEG program allows companies to become affiliated with PARDA so company employees and families can join. Offering Parda membership is one of the easiest employee benefits to implement and maintain. No set-up fees, no annual membership fees, no administrative fees and no promotional costs. We provide the materials and are here to help every step of the way. Follow the steps below to get started today!

  1. Determine if one of our branch locations is within 15 miles of your employer.
  2. Write and submit a letter on company letterhead, addressed to the Parda Board of Directors. Refer to sample letter on this page. The letter must be signed by an official representative of the company, identified by title (i.e. President, CEO, or Human Resource Director)
  3. Once Parda receives your letter, our Board of Directors will review your request at the next regularly scheduled board meeting. Upon their approval, your request will be submitted to the National Credit Union Administration for final approval.
  4. We will stay in touch with you during this process and advise you as soon as you can begin offering Parda services to your employees. As you hire new employees, we can periodically schedule visits to make sure they have an opportunity to take advantage of their company provided benefit. We will also provide you with information to include in their welcome packages.
